Al-Takani Nursing School
Education Project – September 2022
Al-Takani nursing school was established in 2017 to train nurses at a level equivalent to a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). The nursing degree is awarded after 3 years of didactic and rotating internships at Aleppo university and private hospitals. The enrollment of 90 students with 30 students in each academic year. Qualified Students are admitted regardless of their faith, gender or financial status.

September 2022 – May 2023 Academic Year Grant
Togetherness US has sponsored Al-Takani Nursing Institute one academic year. In May 2023, Togetherness US president Mr. Jalal Bachour visited the Institute and met with Bishop Jean C. Jeanbart the founder of the Institute which sent a letter of appreciation to Togetherness US board and donors. The students recorded a video thanking the organization and the donors who supported their academic year study.
