Togetherness US is a nonprofit charitable organization established in 2021 with the mission of helping Syrians navigate the hardships of an ongoing 12-year war and the recent Earthquake which added more insult to injury hardship to the Syrian people.
This project is supporting St Louis Hospital also, known as Frisho Hospital in Aleppo, and attributes to the famous French surgeon who worked there for many years in the 20th century) and is the oldest charitable hospital in the city of Aleppo. The hospital provides free care for countless patients during the 12-year war, the Covid pandemic, and recently victims of the earthquake.
St Louis hospital is known for providing quality care since it was established in 1905, and managed by Sisters of St. Joseph of the Apparition, with the current medical director Shaker Koston, MD. The hospital operating rooms need an upgrade to replace the ventilators, our project is to equip one OR with a new ventilator WATO-Ex-35 and a modular monitor N-17 at a cost of $25,000.00.
